OUTPUT OPTIONS
The advances in digital printing over the past few years have seen the introduction of equipment capable of printing onto a variety of substrates, offering improved UV stability and durability. A brief description below explains which print device is most suited to the output required.
Pigment Ink Printer for production of material to be used internally.
This printer provides us a print width up to 1500mm wide and will print onto an assortment of materials to suit all budgets. This high speed printer provides a quick turnaround on posters, exhibition panels, banner stands and pop up display’s, however the key advantage of this printer is it’s light fast print properties providing UV stability for up to 120 years.
Solvent Ink Printer for production of material to be used externally
This printer provides us a print width up to 1550mm wide and will print onto a vast range of materials to suit all applications. Printing at variable speeds provides us with the ability to produce very high quality full colour external stickers and labels, promotional banners and canvas outputs. Stickers and labels can be produced to any size or shape as we can digitally cut vinyl to a specific path and have several stickers kiss cut to shape on sheets and with 4 years UV stability as well as being weatherproof allows us to produce for a wide range of products for all outdoor applications.
For larger projects we use an ultra wide printer providing a print width up to 5m wide enabling the production of large scaffolding banners, large PVC banners and backdrop textiles, which can all be finished to suit the intended application.
Dye Sublimation Printer for production of textiles to be used externally.
This style printer is used for printing onto a range of textiles providing a cost effective solution for the production of full colour flags and textile banners. This provides the perfect print solutions for the ever increasing use of portable flag systems where we can produce any shape or style of flag to suit your application.
